1. Return Requirements

We accept returns exclusively for unopened, manufacturer-sealed hardware wallets within 30 days following receipt. Due to security considerations, returns must meet these criteria:

  • Products must remain in factory packaging with unbroken seals
  • All anti-tampering indicators and authentication holograms must remain undisturbed
  • Valid purchase documentation including receipt or order verification is required
  • Full product sets containing accessories, documentation, and recovery components must be included
  • Hardware serial numbers must align with our distribution records

Important: Previously opened or compromised products are ineligible for return to maintain user security standards.

2. Reimbursement Procedure and Schedule

Following examination and acceptance of your return, reimbursements will be handled within 5 to 7 working days:

  • Payments are credited back to the original transaction method (credit cards, PayPal, electronic transfer)
  • Cryptocurrency refunds are calculated in USD equivalent using current exchange rates at refund time
  • Delivery charges remain non-refundable except when merchant error occurs
  • Return postage expenses are customer responsibility unless merchandise is defective
  • Foreign exchange fees may be applicable for international reimbursements

Email notification will be sent upon refund completion. Financial institution processing may require an additional 3–5 working days.

3. Managing Faulty or Compromised Products

Should your hardware wallet arrive compromised or malfunctioning, contact us immediately for complimentary replacement:

  1. Reach our support team at info@Keydrin.com within 14 days of receipt
  2. Supply your purchase reference and detailed photographs or recordings demonstrating the problem
  3. Our technical specialists evaluate claims within 24 hours
  4. Validated returns receive complimentary return shipping labels
  5. Substitute products are dispatched within 1–2 working days following receipt of faulty merchandise

Replacement delivery costs are covered both directions. Priority shipping arrangements available upon request.

4. Protection Plan Coverage

Every hardware wallet includes comprehensive two-year protection covering:

  • Production flaws and component failures
  • Internal system malfunctions
  • Display, control, or connection complications
  • Software or firmware difficulties
  • Faulty power accessories

Limitations: Harm resulting from improper use, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, or typical deterioration is excluded.

Purchase verification is mandatory for protection claims and may involve technical diagnosis.

5. Return Delivery Guidelines

Follow these protocols to guarantee secure return transportation:

  • Utilize original packaging or equivalent protective materials
  • Include complete accessory sets and factory documentation
  • Send through trackable courier with receipt confirmation
  • Package carefully to avoid shipping damage
  • Prevent direct labeling or marking on factory containers

For returns exceeding $200 value, we suggest obtaining shipping protection. Customers handle return delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

6. Special Circumstances and Exclusions

We evaluate the following situations individually:

  • Wrong Product Shipped: Complete reimbursement including delivery charges
  • Transit Damage: Complimentary substitute with priority delivery
  • Shipment Delays: Contact us to explore potential remediation
  • Volume Returns: Conditions negotiated directly with our commercial team
  • Present Returns: Permitted with original buyer authorization
