3. Profile Creation & Protection

• Avoid sharing your profile with third parties
• Recognize that infractions may lead to profile suspension or closure

• Develop modified versions or attempt to examine programming code
• Delete or modify ownership or brand identification marks

Improper usage may result in authorization revocation and judicial proceedings.

• Mandatory arbitration through American Arbitration Association procedures when discussions fail
• Regional tribunals in Franklin County, Ohio, when arbitration is inapplicable
• Renunciation of collective legal action participation

Arbitration represents the favored approach for conflict resolution.

10. Profile Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close user profiles at our judgment. Following closure:

• Profile access will be immediately withdrawn
• Information may be irreversibly removed
• Current responsibilities remain enforceable
• Proprietary rights and responsibility provisions continue beyond closure
